The products are used in fixed wireless last mile access for campus or enterprise building-to-building connectivity, and in infrastructure applications such as broadband cellular networks and wireless backhaul for 3G and 4G WIMAX and LTE networks.

FlightLite 100 and FlightLite 100E
The FlightLite 100 and FlightLite 100E are LightPointe’s Enterprise Fast Ethernet solutions. Built on the heritage and success of our original FlightLite product line, the FlightLite 100 and FlightLite 100E are ideal for Enterprise environments and building-to-building connectivity.

For customers who currently lease copper access between buildings or who are considering costly fiberoptic cable, the LightPointe solutions offer significantly higher bandwidth with full-duplex speeds and a welcome end to recurring monthly fees. The FlightLite 100 and 100E provide attractive wireless bridging solutions at higher data rates than competing unlicensed RF alternatives.

FlightStrata 155E and FlightStrata G
The FlightStrata 155E and FlightStrata G are the only products on the market to combine auto-tracking with a four-beam system. Both models take LightPointe’s proven multiple-beam technology to the next level by ensuring the highest availability and performance of a standalone Optical Wireless solution. The FlightStrata receiver lens layout combines Optical Beam Shaping (OBS), with Automatic Power Control (APC), addressing changing atmospherics and building movement. The FlightStrata transmits four redundant beams of light that overlap and adjust via Multi-Beam Array Tracking (MBAT) technology. The combination of rotational optics, MBAT and APC results in greater link margins, which translate into improved Optical Wireless performance. The FlightStrata is a direct result of customer feedback and many years of field experience around the world.
